“Meat Basting Sauce”

Southern Secret Sauce was created for basting on
the meat while grilling. This unique sauce with five
natural meat tenderizers gives a tasteful sensation to the bone!
As soon as you place the meat on the grill baste
both sides. A good rule of thumb is baste every 3 to 5
minutes or every time you turn the meat.

Grilling Tips
Grilling
with Southern Secret Sauce requires cooking on low to medium low
temperature.
After the meat is on the grill 2
minutes, lift and look at the bottom. Southern Secret Sauce has
no sugar. If you see charring your grill is too hot.
Some
choices to try are chicken breasts, ribs, steak, shrimp, fish,
and any type of wild game.
Basting every 3 to 5 minutes will give you great
success on the grill with our product.
Smoking Tips
Southern Secret Sauce can be used in smoking meat
as well. Simply use the sauce as a marinade for a few
hours on the meat you are smoking. Also a good tip is to
inject the meat with Southern Secret Sauce in several areas
before Smoking. A recommended temperature to smoke any
meat is 250 degrees.
Deep Frying
Southern Secret Sauce can also be used by
injecting turkeys and whole chickens before deep frying.
