Rub and Shake Burgers
Add 3 to 4 Tablespoons of Southern Secret Sauce to 1 pound of Ground Beef
Form into to patties. Sprinkle James’s Do All Shake or Rub Seasoning on both sides of patty. Cook on Grill until meat is done.
*This is also great on Venison.
Rotisserie Chicken
Wash and dry Chicken.
Generously sprinkle inside and out a whole chicken with James’s Do All Shake or Rub. Place on Rotisserie. Cook until internal temperature is 180 degrees (about 15 minutes/lb.).
*Can also be cooked in the oven at 350 degrees.
Roasted Vegetables
*Cut into quarters any type vegetable. (Sweet potatoes, white or red potatoes, carrots, squash, etc.)
Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons Olive or Canola Oil to a Baking Dish. Place vegetables on Baking Dish, sprinkle on James’s Do All Shake or Rub Seasoning and toss vegetables so that all are coated with oil and seasoning.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees until done.
The Best Ever French Fries
For a great taste, the next time you are cooking French fries, shake on some James’s Do All Shake or Rub in place of salt.
My grandkids love it!!!
How About Some Nuts?
Use 2 cups of pecans or walnuts. In a bowl whisk 1 egg white and a pinch of salt, pour in nuts. Remove nuts to drain on wax paper.
Add James’s Do All Shake or Rub, coating the nuts well. Place nuts on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown.
These are really delicious!
Quick Fried Chicken Wings
Cut wings in 3 pieces – discard tips. Deep fry wings at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until done. Remove from fryer, put in bowl with one cup of Southern Secret Sauce, stir 30 seconds, drain and eat.
Wings on the Grill
Cut wings in 3 pieces – discard tips. Put wings on skewers (use two skewers securing wings from each end) leave a little space between them about 8 wings per skewer. *Skewers make it easier to turn. Cook wings on the top rack of grill or on low heat. Baste wings with Southern Secret Sauce about every 3-5 minutes, turning wings about every 10 minutes or so depending on your heat. Approximate cooking time 45 to 50 minutes.
Smoked Secret Sauce Pork Roast
1 Pork Loin roast with ribs (6-8 lbs), 2 medium onions chopped, 2 celery ribs, chopped, 2 large green peppers chopped, 2 cans (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, 1 cup ketchup, 3 beef bouillon cubes, 1 can or bottle beer (optional), 16 oz. Southern Secret Sauce. Mix all ingredients; pour over roast in shallow 12-inch uncovered pan. Place in smoker cooker over water pan. Smoke/cook over hickory chips to 180 degrees about 6 hours. Baste often (spoon over roast)
Grilled Shrimp
1-2 lbs. Medium to Large Shrimp; Peel, de-vein and rinse shrimp. Place Shrimp on bamboo skewers. Grill over low to medium heat basting often with Southern Secret Sauce for 8-12 minutes.
Sprinkle a little James’s Do All for added flavor.
Chicken/Steak/Shrimp Fajitas
3-4 Boneless Chicken Breast (sliced in 1 inch strips), or 1 lb. Medium Shrimp peeled and de-veined or 1-2 lbs. Flank or Sirloin Steak, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper all cut in 1 inch strips, 1 large onion cut in eighths, flour tortillas, grated cheese and sour cream. Sauté’ vegetables in 1 Tbsp. Oil till done. Sauté’ meat in 1 Tbsp. Oil in a separate pan until done. Add meat to vegetables and pour ¼ cup of Southern Secret Sauce over mixture and heat thoroughly.
Warm tortillas, to each tortilla add meat, vegetables, sour cream, cheese and salsa (optional).
Roll up tortillas & ENJOY!
Oven Roasted Turkey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash Turkey, pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper (inside and out) Put turkey in roasting pan and pour 1 cup of Southern Secret Sauce over and inside turkey. Cover with foil, bake for 25-30 minutes per pound to an internal temp. of 185 degrees. Halfway through cooking time baste again. You will be surprised how moist, juicy and flavorful the turkey will be.
Secret Sauce Scrambled Eggs
6 Large eggs, salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 Tbsp. Southern Secret Sauce. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Whisk eggs in bowl till fluffy; add salt and pepper to taste. Stir eggs in skillet till almost done, add Southern Secret Sauce just before removing eggs from skillet and stir. Time To Wake Up and Enjoy!!
